The television media, lead by the BBC and taking its cue from the English press, is platforming fascism. They have brought these extremists inside the tent of acceptable and respectable discourse. I think one of the first effects, the collapse of the centre right, is perhaps entirely unintended.

Yes, for one thing, the donation sums being mentioned would skew the political landscape out of recognition. Also, some Brits seem to have difficulty recognising that EM is foreign. He is certainly a much bigger foreign threat than the ECHR.
