Depends on when you measure. Home prices used to rise 1%-2% faster than other prices, but they're lumpy -- years of increase, periods of decline. Lately homes rose lots faster. Which usually means we're due for a slump

It’s interesting to note these two companies have been buying and selling local water utilities since the 1880s and still supply less than 5% of the USA combined
