The two biggest pieces of advice I give to young women in my work is
1- Always prioritize feeling safe over being nice
2- Attention from older guys feels nice but it actually says nothing about our maturity and everything about their immaturity.

Julie’s training is so good. If you’ve ever wished you knew what to do when you see someone being harassed then make the time to take this training. Especially any fellow men out there. We need to step up when we see harassment happening and this will give you the tools to do that.
Have you ever witnessed someone being sexually harassed on the bus? Seen somebody being cornered at a bar? Overheard hateful comments at a coffee shop?
