Thereby The ID (our consciousness) = Energy

I can prove that #DEI is an #unbalancedequation and not a Goal or destination. When E=MC2, E is energy. If we look at it differently, Diversity = Energy X Inclusion. The only missing variable is X. How do you #SolveForX? I have #thesolution
