Part 1B Springtime chicks. Turkey chick is now a Turkey teen and it looks to be a good hunter, finding a huge juicy worm. I’m sure this bird will survive if it doesn’t get too tangled up with human activity. #brushturkey #parramatta #worms #birds They are getting fed bread in the park 😬

Powerhouse museum transfer from Pyrmont to the flood plain of Parramatta River at Parramatta almost complete. The size and weight of the building should stop flood waters from sweeping it away however the basement will probably be inundated…. #parramatta #powerhouse #dharug

While looking for fungi to upload to inatural I spotted a water dragon and a King Parrot. Even in the middle of a city, if given a chance, wildlife will survive. Always keep your eyes open…and not just to avoid being run over by a car.

Some puppies have been dumped beside a river in a town North West of New South Wales…. I mentioned it to a council worker and a ranger will no doubt pick them up in due time. Unfortunately we all know what will happen if they cannot be homed! #namoi
