Thankfully in this case the colleague can walk the extra distance... Imagine the inconvenience if the more expensive station was the only accessible station?

The momentum stays up because the students are driving the content in their own direction. You'll have a nice easy time.

Try not to set prescriptive, single path tasks. Allow for more creative flow.

Instead, a task should have a starting point and some creative direction that allows people to play.

Investigate, explore, have fun.

The task can then have an end goal, some will get there fast - but then push further. Others won't be direct but play and with a nudge will head towards the goal.
