Who's Timmy C?

Same thing with Afghans. She constantly tells me that she cares about being on time, despite the fact that she arrived 45 minutes late to our first date.

My parents are both in their 80s and have KGB levels of paranoia when it comes to anything vaguelly digital, which makes them pretty much unscamable. Myself, despite being half their age, have almost been dupped a couple of times due to unearned confidence in my abiltiy to spot a scam.

Did you watch Legends of Tomorrow? That's only good one of those series really.

What on earth are you talking about? I'm from the UK and I can say with total confidence that this is tosh.

As a proud son of Nottingham I cannot stand for Derby being placed so far above us.

They've got the East Midlands in pretty much the entirely wrong order.

Thanks

Hi. What album cover is in your profile pic? I recognise it, but can't place it.

Sure, but it's never 100% clear (in DS9 at least) if Section 31 are an official part of starfleet or not and their existence seems to be a complete mystery to most people.

It rules so much. The fact that we had Discovery for almost a decade when we could have have this the whole time is really annoying.
December 8, 2025 at 5:55 PM
I don't think that DS9 shows the federation to be corrupt, but rather that people haven't fundamentally changed so if things go to shit they revert back to a less enlightened version of themselves. Essentially the federation is well intended, but even they can't remake human nature.

Oh my god.
December 2, 2025 at 6:05 PM
The fundamental problem most white people have (and I speak as one), is that we don't tend not to realise that being anti racist actually means being willing to challenge your own attitudes and work towards being better. Essentially it's a project not a status you can just bestow on yourself.

I'd get one, just make sure that the auto power on feature works with your TV.

The original films were better because they were made in an environment where Lucas' collaborators felt comfortable with telling him that his ideas were bad. Han Solo only works as a character, because Ford refused to do the dialogue as written.

Lewisham has been much improved by the towers and that construction is driving the redevelopment of the town centre.

I'd honestly love to have the Starmer that exists in these guy's heads, pulling the strings and running the game like Vito instead of fucking up until he inevitably gets out of his misery like Fredo

Isn't it only people's homes that they need to be invited into? There's an episode where Angel has no issue entering a hotel because it was public accommodation.

It's also fundamentally insulting to the performers who do audio books for a living. A professional voice actor pretty much always delivers a better performance than some stunt casted film actor for the obvious reason that the former knows what they're doing.

Genuine question, how do they not see this and manage to put two and two together?
September 28, 2025 at 10:49 AM
I agree. I honestly don't I think this kind of coverage works for most readers, as it it doesn't really give them any useful information at all. The conference vibe is irrelevant to pretty much everyone and that's all they'd be able to get from this.
September 21, 2025 at 8:22 AM
Someone who is already clued up about the policy might find a piece about the mood music at the conference interesting, but that feels like a second order thing.
