Most of my life, I hated my chest—at one point, I even thought of cutting it off. I didn’t seek help. At 40, I changed the story. Now at 52, I love my dad bod and the way my body keeps evolving. I’m 100% happier. Body acceptance didn’t come easy, but it changed everything.
