What issue do you run into on Windows?

What's the issue that people have? If something does go wrong you just "conda create" and "pip install -r requirements.txt"

People keep saying that this is such a problem but honestly I've never had an issue with conda environments

What's funny about it (serious question, am not a native English speaker)?

What would you use instead?
