He's clearly still a great player. Villa however have Rogers playing off the left and I wouldn't swap him out for Grealish.

If it gets given initially I reckon they rule Rogers fouls him 1st in the build up so still would end up no pen.

Yup, this. They only want to do it if there are other risk factors or symptoms. Medical profession really quite clear on this.
