Is it me or is there a lot of smoking on telly again? Between Black Doves and Strike I can feel bronchitis coming on. (I grew up with parents that smoked. I've always hated it and it devalues any protagonist for me. So there.)

My festive treat atm is The Box Of Delights on iplayer. 40 years old, I *think* I saw it first time round. Charming and comforting with old fashioned cliffhangers that make my telly heart flutter. What are you watching this Christmas? #scriptskyuk

Just had the most energizing and affirming zoom meeting. I don't suffer from imposter syndrome (I think!) but I'm always amazed when someone compliments my writing. 🤗

I think I've only seen this twice in my life before today but by god, that jingle has stuck with me. 😳😅
In 1976, schools show Good Health promoted the wearing of sensible shoes, jokingly introducing the most dangerous children's footwear ever, BLOCKABOOTS! Trouble was, half the young audience immediately wanted a pair (when they weren't singing the absolute banger of a jingle)
