please remind the class of why, exactly, the soviets had taken tens of thousands of polish officers as prisoners of war in the first place, because EYE seem to recall that it was because they were collaborating with fascists in a revanchist attempt to reconquer poland

yeah i feel like it's pretty clear that tallinn's free fare wasn't primarily designed to reduce dependence on cars, there hasn't been adequate accompanying investment in other policies that would support that goal, and, combined with the increased income, this is kind of the natural consequence
