Every exception I can come up with ends up falling flat as a norm to be discarded, as we've seen governments elsewhere do.

Rights *except for* in cases of cultural identity, in cases of public safety, in cases of national emergency, in cases of ... all tend to not be permanent rights.

I had one of those this year. Plagiarism checker match to the (allowed) preprint was only 30%. But it ended up as a better, more focused paper.

My turbos only come down when I have to do column changes or rough pump maintenance (ideally coincidentally). I'm twitchy and nervous until they're back up to speed.

This borders my work too (from a fuels perspective, not beverages)... that pyrolysis/hydrochar mid ground has so much chemistry going on!
