I believe Saruman will only do the free spell thing with cards "milled this way", i.e. from casting your second spell... so the Mindskimmer's milling won't combo with it.
Mindskimmer is still insane though on its own, a 10/1 for three blue?!

the GBA really was the peak of handheld gaming. i modded mine to have a LiPo battery charged off of USB-C (and have a backlight, as you did too)
