Nice bloke, softly spoken, Europhile #FBPE, modeller, cat wrangler, polite politics, observable reality and evidence based kinda guy.
...and this is the top issue affecting the UK? It is according to the #BBC. They cunstantly suck up to Farage and his agenda of division/grievance.

Yep, stick him on a plane, gone and forgotten. Now let's concern ourselves with the cost of living, Putin's posturing to the west, Ukraine etc.

Anyone else wondering why #Duolingo's Falstaff has a clearly suffocating goldfish on his desk?

...no? Just me then?
October 26, 2025 at 10:45 AM
...sooo, this is the absolute number one story in the world right now #BBC?

BBC, tell me again BBC that your board is not made up of hard right appointees from the Boris Johnson era?

Here's today's daily drivel. This is bot news, it's just constant hate to keep Farage in the news cycle.
August 26, 2025 at 7:19 AM
The BBC are becoming the media outlet for Reform and Trump. Always pushing the far right agenda. Top stories the other day as a case in point.
Why do we get an almost blackout of news from Europe?
August 25, 2025 at 9:51 AM
Yep. The right wing press are falling off their stools at a Labour MP having a second home.

Absolutely double standards. The Tories never had this. The Mail is simply a very blunt assassination tool. Public interest and honesty is irrelevant.

Why does the BBC struggle with basic facts? There's cast iron evidence of far right thugs going on the rampage. Call it what it is #BBC it's blatent fascism, there's no 'may' about it.

You can't spend years lambasting schools/teachers in both media and Gov't, and not expect it to have an effect.
They type of person now voting Reform* (*simple solutions to complex problems for simple people) inevitably picks up on this and fails to value/engage with education. And here we are...

I wonder if the statute of limitations has expired yet? 😆
August 21, 2025 at 10:39 AM
Oh, you mean by kicking 7 bells out of Police vans, who were only there to prevent a lynching?
You've got to hand it to Farage, he skillfully blows his dog-whistle, yet still manages to just about legally distance himself from #FarageRiots

How is it that after 4 years of sanctions, Russia is able to put this many western aircraft into the air? Most of what you see here is comprised of Boeing and Airbus airframes.
How are they able to maintain them without access to spares and updates due to sanctions?

Typhoon route plus a little loop near Potters bar to bring it behind the target.

Interesting article. I looked it up on FlightRadar. Screen grabs enclosed. It did indeed go supersonic at one point, Mach 1.06
The track shows the Typhoon shadowing it behind and above, picking it up over Potters Bar.

So we ditch a running £40 billion with EU on doorstep to 'gain' speculative £6 billion with India. India is happy to trade with Putin and keep him afloat. Tories think this is all success.
Trump thinks otherwise. Messy isn't it?
Further proof (none is needed) of the lunacy of Brexit.

Sigh....

Something happening in #Horncastle this afternoon that's brought the Police aircraft out to look at it.

Queens Drive Park and Ride in Nottingham. Rubbish strewn, neglected, infrequent buses and expensive. Anyone heard a peep from our #Reform overlords? ...or are they too busy getting steamed up about immigration? The neglect predates them, but will it improve?

Kit arrived, did a Townsend thing. Negative result...

Thanks for the tip. Much appreciated. 👍🏻

Shortages in #Lidl again today. Basics no longer available. Other side of isle has omly cabbages, potatoes and carrots. Sooo, back to the 1950s we go.

This is what 'taking back control' looks like, it appears still the nation hasn't twigged on. Meanwhile, Putin laughs and Starmer cowers.
