The "touch" is a tactic that has recently been used against Trump. It is designed to break someone's concentration. It obviously didn't work against Zelensky. Trump's frustration at this is probably why there was the shove - which also didn't work.

I think we need to keep track of the amount they report they saved and the amount actually saved. Musk should be required to make up any difference.

Oh, great! After the Gulf of Mexico v. Gulf of America thing it can be a little confusing. So do we now call ourself English? Or are we still Americans.

A leader who can afford to wear a suit when his country is being invaded and devastated isn't truly touched by the severity of the situation. These are the leaders who have money lining their pockets, so haven't really given it all for their country.

Yes, COBOL came out in the 60s, but is still very much alive and in use by many banks and businesses.
I can't wait until they get to the IRS - they use COBOL and ALC.
Musk has deep pockets so I'm sure he'll make DOGE's final number match what they claim they've saved - even though they can't maths.
