Economically it makes no sense. Taking £5 billion from the poorest will lead to less money circulating the local economies. Taking it from the rich would avoid it being hoarded in financial assets or off-shored.

Just watched 2073 in Manchester. Brilliant. Should be compulsary viewing! Can’t recall a cinema audience applauding at the end of a movie as they did today. 👏👏👏
