We often forget that not only did the Dems not roll back the Bush stuff they expanded the security state’s powers and reach only to hand it off to trump, twice. With an opposition like that journalism like yours is beyond essential.

It should be disqualifying for the position of leader, if you can’t do the job why do you have it?

And I say this as an attorney myself:

Stop empowering us.

Our profession is intellectually bankrupt, & our value is dependent on gate keeping and pretending things are more intellectually rigorous than it is.

Seek ideas elsewhere.

And when an attorney tells you it can’t be done, ignore them.
