Compounding the issue has been an almost total lack of communication from BinderPOS throughout the whole time. Were we getting regular updates from BinderPOS, which we should be as it's a premium service with premium pricing, I think many of us would be less upset and would patiently wait.

BinderPOS has had a critical outage going on over a month. Most stores are heavily impacted. Massive issues such as failure to sync errors and auto price errors. It's so bad there has been a pretty big shift of stores looking to go elsewhere.
