I made my first payment in April 2024. It just got credited in February 2025! I had to phone a few times as well until I got it escalated. Having said that, they told me it was around 21 weeks normal processing time when I spoke to them but mine had fallen through the cracks, so worth checking.

Same here. I paid multiple back years at the same time and had to phone HMRC to tell them which years it was for as there is no other way to indicate it to them. Bit of a palaver but sorted in the end. And the payment allocation timeline they told me currently is around 6 months!
