I didn't even look to see how big this file was, before trying to upload it... it's 3 MB. Considering that the original RAW was nearly 35MB, three seems paltry. :)

If you wonder why I’m posting so many photos, it’s because I found another cache of slides and have been scanning them. It’s creative but very time consuming!

It’s rare that a Red-footed Booby comes all the way to Port Townsend WA, but we got a treat when this one came and stayed for a few days. He was kind enough to pose for me.

It’s a shame that the Crocosmia die off when winter arrives, as the hummers loved them; for the food and furniture 😉

Cosmos, imaged with a Nikon D1x… 25 year old 5Mp camera that was gifted to me! It’s still got a great look. No changes in color, gamma, or anything! Just a slight crop… 5Mp never looked sooo good. ☺️
