Why aren't we starting why this wouldn't be perfectly acceptable if they were doing this? It's not like Putin is launching hate mail at civilian apartment buildings in Kyiv.

Best I've seen in decades. And that's not saying there hasn't been good horror.

Putin threatens nukes when his wheaties get soggy.
December 31, 2025 at 4:42 AM
I do think Trump trying to set a deadline meant Putin knows his time is getting short. Also possibly that once Epstein is finished exploding on Trump, any kompromat Putin has will either be redundant or more of the same.

Man I'm glad I don't have her job.
December 31, 2025 at 12:04 AM
Yes. Bill of rights isn't about absolute freedoms. Presidents shouldn't get to have a hand in picking the people who are supposed to be a check against them. News organization shouldn't get to baldface lie to millions knowingly and maliciously without consequences.

This is about not losing it. Trump's done an excellent job showing us where all the weaknesses are.
December 30, 2025 at 2:40 PM
Harder to ignore laws when you're just a candidate.
December 30, 2025 at 2:23 PM
I'd also like to see some consideration for a gag order on presidents and presidential candidates discussing or endorsing congressional candidates during their campaigns. Trump won't be the last demagogue. Being able to influence primaries has been a huge contributor to his unchecked power.

I'm bummed that nobody seems to have ending the perpetual font of mega-megaphone lying that's poisoning our country on their reform To Do lists. I know 1A issues are dicey but if it doesn't stop, we're screwed. I grew up in the '80s. The severity of the before/after is no joke.
December 29, 2025 at 4:18 PM
I think this is buying time until Russia's economy collapses and Trump completely loses control of congress.
December 29, 2025 at 10:41 AM
Hopefully more sanctions to come if they can force a vote on it after like 20 Republicans retire early.
December 29, 2025 at 10:36 AM
That makes sense but why filter successful authors and hurricane survivors with money out if you don't have to?
December 29, 2025 at 4:47 AM
Okay but that manifests in things like your child sex-trafficking ring or your endangered species murder zoo. Not the hotels that make the money you have too much of.
December 29, 2025 at 4:39 AM
I like you and I think that's great but also I'm disappointed in Mark Hamill.
December 29, 2025 at 4:32 AM
You lost me. Fancy hotel, maybe they'd filter clientele but I haven't seen that in the criteria yet.
December 29, 2025 at 4:18 AM
It's that all the outfits are basically the same. We're all Marvel metro.
December 29, 2025 at 3:58 AM
Promise I'm not trying to be a pain in the ass but who makes a profit from the buying things part of the operation?
December 29, 2025 at 3:55 AM
God damnit. Now I have to pee.
December 29, 2025 at 3:43 AM
But why is anybody's money no good at a hotel?
December 29, 2025 at 3:36 AM
Confused. If somebody can pay, why does their housing status matter?
December 29, 2025 at 3:35 AM
Sounds desperate.
December 29, 2025 at 3:31 AM
You're wrong!
December 29, 2025 at 3:27 AM
I think this is brilliant. But the lies are the biggest problem that nobody wants to touch because it's 1A scary. We have a full-on cult undermining our democracy and it's the product of Fox & Friends poisoning us for 30 freaking years. The lying has to stop.
December 29, 2025 at 3:21 AM
He smells bad.
