I really like indie games, and wanna see what people come up with. I do reviews and edit-heavy videos from time to time, I'll try to post them here when I do.
I think it depends on the game and a good one can do with or without them. In One Way Heroics, the achievements drew me closer to figuring out the stuff I haven't discovered because I was already drawn into the experience. But I can see it as annoying busy work for completionists if poorly made.
