I brought the telescope out last night to watch and snap a few shots of the moon 🙂🔭. I didn't know this, but the full moon in August is called the Sturgeon Moon because of the large number of sturgeon fish caught in the Great Lakes during this time of year.

I tried using a new method for processing a photo earlier today. I toggled between an inverted view, monochrome, dimmed screen, swapping between light & dark themes in my editor, and combinations of these toggles. I’m not sure if these methods help, but I think the results look okay 🙂📷.

I took this photo while at the firework show last night 🙂. It’s a little overexposed, but I like it because it gave me the vibe of an album cover 🎤. Especially with the person in the white shirt in the center and the shadows stretching across the ground 📷🎇.

My brother and I went shopping a couple days ago and while we were out he bought me a Lego set 😄. I never got one when I was younger so I’m a bit excited to build it! 😊

This photo is from earlier this year when the Cherry Blossoms were still in bloom 🌸. When I took this photo, the bees were in full swing gathering nectar and pollen from the tree's flowers. My favorite detail is that if you look closely, you can see two bees in flight, darting around the branches 🐝.

Occasionally, I like to visit one of the town's greenhouses to look at the plants and relax 😌. I find it really destressing: all the plants, the warm sunlight, and that comfortable feeling of the slightly humid but refreshing air 🍃. It's nice.

I went through some of my photos to see what I could use to practice my photo processing 🙂. I decided to work on this one because the photo was over-exposed when I took it. I spent some time in ON1 and was able to clean up and soften the colors so they would not be as intense.
