And FWIW, I've helped CDPH with multiple suspected formula outbreaks. They rarely turn out anything except finding something crazy like honey-filled pacifiers.

Wow that was a meandering article, unless FDA identified a clear break in the sterilization process then it likely was consumer contaminated. Genotyping will be the ultimate deciding factor for any lawsuit though. Good to remember spores are ubiquitous so "clean" is still contaminated.

It's amazing we managed to interrupt that 2019 Rockland county outbreak, different times. Meanwhile Israel has just seen its 9th measles death so at least there's been progress in some parts of the US.

I disagree, grievance and retribution are just a bonus. This is a hostile takeover, CDC is being stripped to failure and then it'll be sold to Thiel for pennies on the dollar. It's all laid out in Project 2025. Palantir has already dug into most surveillance systems.
