It started over border tensions near Preah Vihear. Thailand confirmed using cluster munitions and hit civilian sites. Cambodia fired back, a 7-Eleven in Thailand was struck near a military site. Civilian deaths on both sides, but only Thailand’s use of banned weapons is confirmed.

Interesting how you tweet Thailand’s accusation, but leave out that your article mentions no shots were heard from the Cambodian side and that Thailand already confirmed using cluster bombs and hitting civilian areas.
