I always wanted to be one of those adults who’d come home at the end of the day, pour themselves a glass of wine, and relaxes on the couch. I finally got to do this yesterday! The key was to leave an open bottle of wine from the weekend on the counter for easy access. 🍷

Reconfiguring my product offerings for my budding coaching business for transitioning academics! I am thinking about a retainer package where we do weekly sessions for a set amount of time. I feel like this would work better than only offering single 1-hr sessions. Thoughts?

Literally canceling a subscription service because FedEx is being ridiculous and impossible. Bad service not only hurts you, it hurts other businesses that work with you too.

Getting back into reading for pleasure after my PhD was surprisingly difficult.

I was trained to read to extract info, so reading anything other than academic work felt like a waste of time.

I had no expectations going in, but was pleasantly surprised by the progress my body pulled off on my sirsasana! I think I am pretty close to getting my legs straight!
