Trying my first bowl of Jin ramen! I added an egg and some kimchi. It’s super tasty but the mild flavor is still spicy to my taste!

I made this potato salad for a dinner party tonight and I’m pretty pleased with it. Inspired by Julia Child’s salade nicoise, but it’s got salmon instead of tuna.

My cats are sharing a chair for the first time ever! We adopted Shadow a few months ago, and he’s been struggling to make friends with Anya. Today is the first time they’ve been able to relax together. 😻😻
