It is a shame that Molotov was only known for the cocktail and Tolstoy for a book you would use as a doorstop . I am not the sharpest brick in the tool shop but I have read Twain ,Tolstoy and Patch Adams

Mark Twain and Will Rogers. And it seems too few paid attention to the best entertainers of their generation. And now the best entertainer is president.. maybe the entertainment industry should shift priorities...they seem to have the most attention but the intel is lacking.

If the DNC does not change it will need to be a new political party to finally support the people.

I have been feeling lymph movement. But what you describe may be related to a rib "out" causing a nerve irritation at the mid upper thoracic spine so when the swallowing muscles contract they pull on the spine,irritate the nerve, cause chest pain.
Gentle repeated spine movement may help

The amnesia is also that stupid and brutal was and is the normal human condition. Despite the age of enlightenment and the United States civil rights movement along with womens rights( finally but still only half way) the power and money have not shifted therefore the mental illness has increased.
