Added baking soda and pulsed the chickpeas slightly finer than coarse using a hand blender attachment. I threw in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.

Well, it’s duck fat sous vide chicken wings.
I’m trying a secondary cooking method, a slow heat with the skin side down to crisp up the skins. So the last picture is me flattening the wings so I get a more consistent cook.
