To me what stands out on Zimone is the blue bolero with the double triangle shoulder paldrons, the glasses and the gold triangles hairpiece; maybe the sensor device. The rest you can do what feels right or pick a card version. But with that core, you can probably do collab cosplays easily too.

As a vibes based cosplayer, do what feels right. I never sew anything. It’s all glue, safety pins and duct tape. I don’t have space and time to learn to embroider so I just trace a pattern on strips of duct tape on wax paper and slap it on a shirt.

The study basically compared people who get sleep well vs people who didn't (and took melatonin). It excluded anyone who took prescription sleep drugs. It's unsurprising people who can sleep without help tend to be healthier.
