They should regardless, its too broad of an idea of creativity that it shouldn’t be held to one corporate scumbag. And legally cannot be used in a ongoing lawsuit if newly created during said lawsuit, in my opinion.

Like for real, this shouldn’t be a norm, it should be class-action lawsuit levels of serious for gamers and customers. I only defend the console bc its not entirely the problem here, Nintendo is. And they will enable more anti-consumer practices for other companies. Glad Reggie called them out
