Even the Final Showdown was further than I expected for this ambitious 250 word story!
I got past the first (64) bracket and finished in the 32s.
I know 3 of the 4 semi finalists from different writing groups and all the stories were amazing.

This anti-prompt really snagged me at first (I'm definitely guilty of sheltering a Darling or three) and the idea of deliberately not doing that froze me a little.
