their ToS is pretty clear about "Hateful and discriminatory remarks: GGG's Terms of Use explicitly forbid "hateful, or discriminatory or defamatory remarks of any nature" being bannable

just chiming in because this was the 1st post i saw on POE2 search here, but i don't think this is intended to be discriminatory and just bad implementation of auto-modding. they changed ToS a while ago to try and keep chat on topic for the game and probably blacklisted in order to avoid hate speech

started witch wanting to go infernalist minion but it fell over for me in act2 since i wasn't following a build guide
