It is unseasonably cold! It was 70 degrees on Sunday so this front is providing an extra shock to the system. I saw that the average high for today is 57 so “feels like” 15 was brutal.

Interesting. You deserve a step for that. Imagine doing that 10,000 times per day. Would probably be more exhausting than walking.

Sort of. It’s the motor so it would cost $400+ labor to replace that. A new treadmill would be $$ and then removal of the current one. So, 🤷🏻♂️.

Also well into the 2000’s he still had free weights with the plastic outer coating where concrete sand would leak out once it got all cracked. He had iron, too, but I’ll never forget those concrete blickies.
