I take your point, however, how much do we need to oversimplify, I’m sorry, I mean “dumb down” White House Press releases?

Do they need to be issued as if written by Pete the Cat? Apologies to those without a young child in the past 25 years for the reference.

So they have slow drivers in Brazil as well.

I’ve gone back and forth on this acquisition. I do not agree with Biden’s reasoning to reject the deal. I believe he is playing politics.

While I would love US Steel to stay domestically owned, the long term viability of the company is most important, lest they end up shuddered as Bethlehem Steel.

It is sublime that Nelson Mandela lived to see that his work and sacrifice was not in vain. The year prior to the photo, 1994, Mandela became the first Black president of South Africa.

Wait, was it the 4 or 5 FBI people, or Hezbollah involved in Jan 6? They must have been working together. Someone will have to look in to that. Sure Patel will get to the bottom of it.

Hear, hear! They were brilliant, especially for their time!

I fear by the end of these four years, albeit there is an end, we will be entirely isolated from friends in the world. All that will remain will be foes, that are awaiting their moment to destroy the US in any way possible.

Clueless fool, indeed. Perhaps he desires a higher leadership type position that would afford him these rights.

Zero integrity from the current class of GOP.

Yes, if his big, beautiful bill fails, he will become desperate.

This reads like prophecy. I suspect around midterms would sound about right.

Yes, possibly more aggressive in regards to military and trade. With a man this mercurial, I fear all bets are off.

There is a pattern, as is typical of bullies, to pick on those perceived as weak. My only counter point that suggests he would not invade, is his general aversion to military engagement that would threaten his “no new wars” narrative.

My favorites from the crazy train was the guy that suggested the Mangione news coverage May be part of a PSYOP. Second was the woman that referenced our fourth branch of government. Fun times ahead.

The hits just keep on coming it seems. I was late to the party and only tasted dessert, but it was delicious. BTD will be greatly missed, however, I look forward to your future endeavors. Please keep us infomed where we can listen/read Bill, Damon, & Linda.

"Well, I'd say it's a grey area." - Elon Musk

How well would that response hold up with at an immigration interview?

Once upon a time, the Republican Party was in power. Today, the MAGA Party is in power, and is about isolationisim.

Former PA Senator Toomey is quoted, "There's no question Donald Trump is a protectionist."

And so it begins.

“They came to us after learning how Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, whom rightwing firebrand Steve Bannon once called “Trump before Trump,” has cracked down on the free press alongside other democratic institutions.”

Very good documentary, thank you!

Learned quite a bit. Cheered when Fritz Kuhn was ultimately stripped of citizenship of US citizenship and deported back to Germany.

The groundbreaking journalist Dorothy Thompson is very awe-inspiring for her courageousness.

Yes, Ukraine’s resistance is quite commendable, especially considering they were hamstrung by missle restrictions.

The inverse is true of Russia’s military as they have shown to be inept.
