Join us in our citizen science initiative exploring phages! A project run by Early Career Researchers at the University of Southampton

We are grateful to the pioneers of phage citizen science, in particular, Graham Hatfull, whose work has inspired our project in the UK.

Driven by Early Career Researchers, we hope that our project continues to inspire the next generation scientists.

We’d like to say a massive thank you to @royalsociety.org for the opportunity to exhibit at the Summer Science Exhibition this year.

It was great to be able to showcase our research to the public and it wouldn’t have been possible without the wonderful team at The Royal Society! 😊

It was a delightful experience that members of our team had shared and discussed about our research to Lord Patrick Vallance, the Minister of State for Science, at the Royal Society soirée!

We found Gallagher phage from toilet water and it has the potential to treat recurrent urinary tract infection. A must read BBC article piece!

Subtle plug that Royal Society's Summer Science Exhibition is in 3 days, where you can learn more about phages and our work!
