You can literally just not use it. I've had Windows 11 since they started rolling it out and I can safely say I have never been prompted to use AI, save for maybe an option to set it up when installing.

I would say the boomers should consider sorting and starting to offload their random STUFF as they age.
Obviously unexpected things happen, but holding on to every possession as you get old is an avoidable burden.
