I have lived in U.S. for 11 years and have experienced it. Most painful was “no employment- no insurance”. Then you pay $1100 /month ( as of 2006) for medical insurance and does not cover basic doctor / dentist visit. Even after paying that it was around $450 for a single dentist visit

I feel you. Same here. Lost 7 colleagues 2 family members and my job. Am alive today because I took a long Labor Day holiday. This is so Twitter behavior. Was not expecting this here.
