Isn’t this decision self evident? How can SCOTUS make a decision that affects people who are not subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S.? Obviously the decision will affect them meaning they are subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.

Thank goodness for the second amendment where the founding fathers had the foresight to enable the arming of the citizenry to get rid of any potential threat to the people’s democracy.
