On 1 December, HRW warned that the International Criminal Court's #justice mandate is at serious risk. Judge Tomoko Akane, President of the ICC, stated, “We never accept any kind of pressure.”

PGA participated in the Council of Europe @coe 3rd African Forum on Cybercrime. Hon. Agho @aghohon highlighted "cyber threats have become more complex, more borderless and more damaging." He called for laws that are strong, fair, forward-looking and anchored in the rule of law.

⚖️ The Paris Criminal Court began the trial of former Congolese warlord Roger Lumbala Tshitenga, who faces charges of crimes against humanity. It's a significant step toward justice and accountability in the DRC.
