Massive passerine migration at Buir Nuur, Mongolia today. Mostly Eastern Yellow Wagtails, Barn Swallows, Pallas‘s Buntings and Richard‘s Pipits. Some sound recordings were made.

I recorded as many singing White-spectacled Bulbuls as possible this morning. In a park population of around 35 singing birds, every bird had one unique (territorial) song.

Last day in the Peruvian Cloudforest. Managed to make 2000 sound recordings of almost 200 bird species and a few mammals. Looking very much forward to listen to, identify and archive everything in my studio. Many thanks to Hendrik Walcher, who organized everything.
