Tried running the centers here with defensive pairs to get a look at 5-dude units and, unsurprisingly, it's not ideal... (plus tiny samples). Best I can figure is:
17 w/42-74
24 w/38-?? (57 is good here, but not sure who that leaves for 26)
26 w/57 on one side i guess...
