Embezzlement is not usually a corporate action; it is a crime as defined by laws of many countries. Hopefully this info somehow helped reduce confusion. 😌
Perhaps the vtubers under contract wouldn't tolerate the displacement of charity money. Vshojo deserves better... corporate practices.

Those vtubers would rather not give anybody else another opportunity to hurt them through abusive agencies and corporate slavery. A lot of people would rather want to see those talents roam happy and free.

If the full collapse of the vtuber agency will undo all existing NDAs, more truths can be revealed. Formerly affiliated talents may start pointing fingers at each other too. Anything is possible. A few of them are probably lying even now.
