Scatterbugs evolutionary line takes of pages of rows and columns, as we know there are as many scatterbug forms as there are vivillon forms -- since each one can only evolve into one of the final forms, we must catch multiple of multiple of each to satisfy every matrix!

Another Pokedex spreadsheet shot from Beedrill to the very surface of pikachu forms. It's a long way down for number 25, since there are just so very many pokemon go costumes of pikachu and its evolutionary family, and also it has two gender forms, meaning doubling of everything!
