some really cool promo cards that arrived today. Indomilk/pokémon collab from 2024! i bought three, one to keep sealed and the other to open. unfortunately i didn’t get the slowpoke which is what i wanted so now i have to buy the single but i’m still happy because they’re just so fun

base set poliwhirl cleaning. i probably wouldn’t have bothered to clean this one because of the massive dent in the corner, but since poliwhirl is my sister’s favourite pokemon, i had to take care of it

i keep forgetting to post cool shit i find — like the other day i found this deck of cards at goodwill that features the Balli Di Sfessania by Jacomo Callot. they’re really quite beautiful. remarkably, they’re in amazing condition and all the cards are present, despite being loose in the bins.

finally repaired my Toshiba M751 and the piece-of-fuck Hitachi DA4.
the M751 was a pretty simple mode-switch clean, though it was quite a struggle to unclip the part i needed. The DA4 however, required some gorilla glue for obvious reasons and still has trouble switching tape speeds but oh well
