What do they say?

One thing are capabilities, the second is intent.
Even if everyone is on some level expected to be able through AI tools check history of others easily….
It still matters than state, shouldn’t judge others based on opinions (on social network or any other)

The number of idiots who consider Ukraine an enemy is small, yet it is growing somewhat steadily.

Trump’s propaganda is working on his bootlickers.

As Czech I feel disheartened, frustrated … by both Fiala and those voting him out.

Fiala should have done better job explaining what he is doing. We did help Ukraine initially a lot, later he resigned on it, slowed down the support - to ponder to critics - still he wasn’t able to sell it 🤦‍♂️

According to a study published this week in the journal Science:

We mainly need them to be voted out. These ef*s need to disappear from leading functions

There is very big hope for them to lose in nearby election

That means, we shouldn’t use such sanctions which would Orban disinterpret as attacks against Hungary.

If he wins again though, I’d go full sanction

Exactly

To be honest it seems it doesn’t get better, when bigger proportion of people vote. It gets usually worse.
People who don’t vote, are usually politically naive, easy to fool and mobilized mostly by emotions

I think in case of Czechia profound threat to use it would be enough. Babiš, unlike Fico is an opportunist, Trump-like selfish prick, ideologically formless. He would cower before believable threat.
Fico is really ideologically awful, even worse than Orban, who will be replaced hopefully soon.
October 5, 2025 at 5:44 AM
So if Orban and Fico are like little Putins inside EU’s body, Babiš is like one little Trump going to be there. He is absolutely, definitely going to blackmail every other EU nation into submission to his whims, unless he blocks all unity requiring EU moves. He’s “friend” with Orban and Fico too.
October 5, 2025 at 3:19 AM
It’s great idea to make that comparison. Babiš (cynical egoistic billionaire) actually openly describes himself as Trumpist, he made election dresscode to contain a red baseball cap. He don’t have acronymed MAGA-like creed, however he always speaks in various words, how Czechs/Czecia must be first 🤷‍♂️

Actually there is a third one: we, supporters of Ukraine (generally his voters) were discontent for a long time for a lack of action against Russia’s active propaganda in Czechia.

The only one person he designed against hybrid threats was almost clown (by lack of competencies and visibility)
October 4, 2025 at 8:31 PM
True,
though I do blame current Prime minister for one thing (or actually two):
1) lack of communication in the face of growing discontent (his policies were good economy-wise, he didn’t sell them) 2) actually being totally oblivious (at least publicly) how bad the outcry and discontent became.

quite a big an ecosystem of information sharing was established in Czechia just to enhance emotions and deep passions against current government. (Russia, bots, hive) Outright pro-Russian narratives don’t have that traction. It was enough for them to paint current gov in black.
Inflation weaponized

As a Czech myself, I’m so sorry to Ukrainians.
Although I believe this f*cker will not be as bad as Fico, he is still serious downgrade and headache for EU unity.
Most of unfortunate idiots who voted for him, don’t prefer Russia, they just believed all economic voes were caused by current government
October 4, 2025 at 7:34 PM
He didn’t find any tangible target how to differentiate himself from current government in the practical position towards Ukraine.
His electorate is not pro-Russian, however what that electorate is, it is very, very selfish and was made jealous.
Babiš tried to play the note of caring only for “ours”
