Went outside on the front step to cool down. It's one of those magical nights when the whole world looks like it's twinkling and these perfect fluffy snowflakes are softly falling. Pics don't do them justice, but I tried.

Today my mind and heart are full of the memory of my beautiful great niece Jaden Ward who was taken far too soon on December 24th, 2023, at the tender age of 22. Wherever you are lovely, I hope you are at peace.
I think of you so very often.

We live in an obscene world where a Supreme Court Justice puts more importance on the life of a squirrel (calling its death government overreach) than it does on the lives of the many women who've died (& many more who will), due to GOVERNMENT OVERREACH denying them medical care during pregnancy!!!
