Hei! Tänään sateen lisäksi luvassa klo 17 avajaiset Hirvitalolla jossa mm. mun näyttely Fatumogrammetrian Perusteet II: Virtuaaliset skeemavariaatiot. Lisäksi n. 18 jälkeen mun monologiesitys Pierrot Lunaire: Kehollistuneet Glicthit.

Smol spring things with Cinestill 400. Wonderful, if at times a bit too clean film. Still sometimes finicky and surprising. I like the warm tones compared to 800T. Sad news is that it seems my camera has a shutter curtain problem with some speeds.

This was made during the Hämeenlinna exhibition. Not sure about the name yet, but i must look into this technique more. Acrylic marker and collage on foam board.

A digital painting finger excercise. I like to paint myself the most, because I can be "meaner" towards myself. The look in other's faces (regret, shame, deflation, even sorrow) when they see the finished work is quite painful to me to see. Maybe there's something wrong with the way I see others.

Three pictures that I liked. There's something wrong in each composition that make them palatable to me. When I was a little boy I used to collect garbage from the roadside and stuff my pockets with it. Dirty nuts and bolts, pebbles and so on. Gave me great immune respose. Maybe these do the same.

"If on a Tornio Night a Traveler". I have spent many nights in airbnb and other affordable accommodation since starting to study visual arts in Tornio. This is one of them, a quite comfy one as they go.
