How to bring manufacturing back to America one step at a time:

1. Ensure that enough Americans are desperate enough to work in sweatshops for peanuts.

You must be fun at parties.

With heavier-than-air flight, humans knew exactly what the goal was, so they knew straight away if the goal was reached or not (it was achieved before 1895, BTW). No one knows for sure what sentience is, so right now, it can only be achieved by chance.

Lotteries and scratch tickets, on the other hand, usually have margins of about 50%.

Licensed online casinos operate with RTP (return to player) of 95-97%, rarely below 93% and never 50%. This means that in the long run, 95% of money wagered is returned back to players as wins. But because games are 3-5 sec long, daily turnovers are huge, so even 5% is enough to make nice profit.

Wouldn't it be fun if Ukrainians informed the US about the second wave coming tomorrow. And then we would get to watch Russians blasting random passing trucks with artillery.

For $150k in consultancy fees and a two-week trip to Aruba, "Justice" Thomas and his colleagues will repel not only the 22nd amendment but also the 13th and the 19th.

Would he qualify as "highly talented"?

This is the equivalent of saying that the pitcher throws the puck from behind the three-point line into the endzone. If a Little League umpire ever said that, he would be laughed out of the country, but the "secretary" here will keep her job for the next four years.

The same thing happened to my friend last week, because she went to Drottningholms slott instead of Djursholms slott.

It looks like a monument or a museum piece. And seeing as it's located quite close to Kotin's birthplace, quite possibly, it was a part of some torn-down Kotin memorial.

But credit where credit is due: SVT and SR parrot much more of Russian MFA propagandists than of actual (albeit foreign) journalists.

Coming up: "We need to determine very quickly whether making America great again is doable over the next few weeks. If it's not, then we have other priorities to focus on as well."

Oh, but they did. It was negative pressure, more commonly known as suction, but pressure nonetheless.

Now, you need to ensure that minimum pay in Kansas is on par with Shenzhen, and before 2028 Xi will be ordering "Make China Great Again" caps from Wichita, not the other way around.
April 4, 2025 at 7:45 AM
But you don't know what the plan is. If the plan is to return manufacturing to the US, then making labor in Kansas or Iowa cheaper than in Shenzhen is the way. And wiping off people's savings is crucial to ensuring those people work harder and ask for less.

Not according to GOP own MTG, it doesn't. :)

United States are moving towards greatness so quickly that chickens can't possibly keep up.
March 15, 2025 at 3:31 PM
That's what's going to make US a great industrial power again. Right now, the US workforce is too expensive and too spoiled. But Trump is on track to ensure American workers work for less than Chinese ones and ask fewer questions.
